To achieve this, we leverage advanced single-cell technologies that enable precise isolation and functional analysis of individual B cells. Our approach includes tailored strategies for both B cell selection and donor identification, focusing on individuals with particularly potent or broadly reactive immune responses.
This enables us to systematically mine the natural antibody repertoire for candidates with optimal therapeutic properties. Our approach acknowledges the preservation of the physiological structure and native pairing of monoclonal antibodies as well as high-throughput characterization to screen for most beneficial properties. Thereby, we increase the likelihood of discovering antibodies with superior efficacy, safety, and translational potential.
